How to Sign-Up:

  1. Download, print and fill out the membership form (pdf) and review additional membership information on the Policies and Documents page.
    1. Optional: If you want to pay your future bills automatically from your bank account, then download, print, and complete this form: Hopewell_Debit_Auth_20220723 Make sure that you attach a blank check clearly marked “VOID”
    2. If you have questions, you may call 662.234.8940.
  2. Make preparations to pay the connection fee listed on page 2 of the membership form.
  3. Mail the form(s), along with deposit or any other applicable fees, and optionally the voided check to:

Billing Information:

Water meters are read monthly. Bills calculated from these meter readings will be provided to each member by the first day of the following month and shall be payable by the 10th day of that month. Your bill is due upon receipt.

Bills not paid by the 10th day shall be considered delinquent and a 10% late charge will be added to the bill. Checks returned for insufficient funds shall be considered late and shall result in a $34.00 additional charge, in addition to the 10% late charge.

Setting up Auto-Payment by Bank Draft:

Do you want to stop mailing checks? Customers can have their monthly bill automatically debited from their checking account by doing the following:

  1. Download, print, and complete this form: Hopewell_Debit_Auth_20220723 Make sure that you attach a blank check clearly marked “VOID”
  2. Mail the form and voided check to:

  3. Future bills will be automatically deducted from the bank account associated with the voided check. You will still receive a monthly postcard billing statement indicating the amount to be debited for the prior month’s service.
